Glen Celtic:  First Team - Unfortunately the run of success came to an end on Saturday evening last, however promotion is not out of our hands - win over MD Town on Sunday will throw us back into the mix. Kick off on Sunday is at 2pm.  Underage - Last Saturday saw Glen Celtic AFC hold a blitz day for U8 and U10 Boys Teams. Teams from Glen Celtic AFC, Kilkerrin Utd and Tuam Celtic took part in both age groups.  Many thanks to all the players, referees, coaches and managers and parents who made the event such a success. In total nearly 100 players took part in the event and it is hoped to do something similar again during the summer time.  Youth Season kicks off this week and listing of season fixtures should be available next week once all teams have been confirmed to the League. Registrations still taking place for any players interested in playing for Glen Celtic at age levels from U8’s through to U16’s.  Girls Soccer continues on Friday evenings at 6:30pm on Astroturf. All ages from U8’s through to U12’s. Thanks to Michael, Mary Jo, Peter and Bernard who are coaching these sessions.
