Glinsk Castle, Ballinakill Abbey, Glinsk Church, Heritage Park

For further information click into Glinsk Castle , reputed to be the 'last castle' built in this country, stands as an impressive reminder of the architectural skills and styles of the Norman era. It is a National Monument under the guardianship of the OPW.

Glinsk Archaeological And Cultural Park is a major proposed tourism/enterprise project situated adjacent to Glinsk Castle .

The Glinsk Heritage Park will be a celebration of Irish Culture and Heritage -an opportunity to "walk back in time " tracing the development of the Irish people from the hunters of mesolithic times to the Golden Age of Ireland's Christian period.
